Hello, for some time i have a problem with my internet. It's a long story but in short when i had some problems with internet i called some guys from my internet provider and they change my ip, my mac, they did a pppoe but now it's still not good, because when i entered on a game i have 100+ ping and when i checked my ping in command prompt says that i have around 100 ping, but if i entered from another device i have good speed internet, and guys from internet sayd that it's a problem with my pc and try reinstall my windows(because i have win 10 and they said it's not stable), i did that but problem it's still here.
