ur cpu is fine...its a 4th gen haswell...its prtty much upto the mark...
u can upgrade the gpu to 1070...and upgrade that bronze psu to sumthng of a silver or gold mayb...and add another 8gig of ram...
other than that...u r doin fine mate...

Currently running a 1080 plan on a rx 480 for my other build this is just gonna be a small build for gaming, wasn't sure if 2 would improve my experience still

The Rx 480 is supposed to have benchmarks roughly the same as the r9 390, so while it'll handle 1440p, it's gonna be best suited at max settings in 1080p, basically at $200 it's gonna put a dent in the 970's dominance there. The proposed build looks good, but right now, the gpu, hdd, ssd and psu are the only things needing any sort of upgrade, and for the price of a Rx 480, adding sli 760's wouldn't be worth it as sli performance with a well optimized game would yield similar results, but in a poorly optimized game, you'd not notice much difference and possibly worse performance.

But for 100 bucks for another 760 and it yields 20% performance increase I wanna say try it! Plus I'm saving the rx 480 for my corsair 240 build

remember...not all games support sli...it might hold its own with sli supported games...but those games which dont support, it might stutter...my point was regarding those games which supports sli...point being...sli/crossfire is very limited in scope...thats why its always better to have one single big card instead of two...
