Hello all,
My Asus ROG Strix GTX 1080 arrived today, and a big reason why I got the card over others is because it had 2 fan headers that I could connect to it. This was perfect for my setup - I could control my bottom intake fans. However, therein lies the issue.
I'm not sure if I don't know how to use the software or if it's just not working properly, but I want to create a custom fan curve. I have the card under OC mode, and instead of leaving the fans at the auto setting, I change it to user defined. I then create my fan curve. My initial fan point is at 50 degrees, the fans should spin at 50%, and then it is linear up to 100 degrees. However, one of two things happen: the GPU fan never turns on or it shoots up to 75% speed and doesn't change based on temperature. And I simply cannot get my case fans to work. They are either at 50% randomly or just are off.
Any ideas?
