Hello I was overclocking my GPU when my whole screen turned green, then heard a load buzzing noise from my headset, restarted pc and now it happens quite a but, was in a competitive match when boom, green screen and now my game wont even freaking open. I was wondering if I pushed it to hard and I have it on stock clocks. I have a two year warranty on my R9 380 and I really don't enjoy this card TBH and the two gigs a vram. Was wondering thanks.
PSU is EVGA Supernova NEX750B
I was looking through event viewer and it says critical event 41 kernal power?
Does this mean my PSU is dying?

Solution

Critical event kernel power means that your power supply is either faulty, or does not support a sufficient wattage to run the card.
The PSU you...

I had a plus 35mv on at first then I saw artifacts so I lowered clocks and I have 10mv on, is it possible to undervolt a gpu and get this error?

Critical event kernel power means that your power supply is either faulty, or does not support a sufficient wattage to run the card.
The PSU you have isn't the greatest quality to be honest, so that is most likely the issue here.
I would only recommend getting that line of power supplies if on a really tight budget, and it doesn't do overclocking well, so you may have damaged a 12v rail in overclocking if you ramped up the voltage! o_O
If you're going to buy a replacement, keep running at stock speeds and grab an XFX XTR 650w or EVGA G2 650w.
The Corsair RM series are also quite good if you can find one on sale. The same goes for Seasonic and Superflower, as these are the companies which provide the power supplies for Corsair and EVGA.

I agree, I think i'm going to buy a top quality PSU to save me money in the long run and save my computer.

The best value are the ones i've listed, but a PSU is always a part of PC you DO NOT want to skimp on.
Its essentially the most volatile and critical component of your system, so always make sure that you go for a decent quality unit. Jonny Guru does some great power supply reviews and measures the hold up time and power among other things.
