Looking to do a hard pipe/glass water cooling system, but for cheap. I dont get what EK and other top brands are so expensive so i cant afford and 150$ cpu heatsink...
not a large pipe or dont need a huge res, any ideas on cheap custom glass water cooling?

There is no such thing as glass water cooling, its acrylic.
On top of that, you are not going to find anything near that price range. Custom loops are expensive, they are intricately machined components and a niche market.
If you want cheap cooling, get air cooling.
