Looking for some answers on why my temperature program, which shows CPU frequency among all of the CPU cores, is showing that core 2 and 3 are both at a lower multiplier than 0 and 1.

CPU is the AMD A10-5800K

I'm running WIndows 7 Home Premium 64 bit SP1.
I have ran CPU unpark before.

This is my mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128656

The BIOS is pretty basic, doesn't let me directly mess with the multiplier, so I don't think it could be that. Any turbo frequency boost is automatic and I can either set it to auto or off. So again, not many options to screw around with the CPU in BIOS.

Also, it doesn't seem like my computer actually uses turbo boost, and as you can see from the temp readings. Now, one important thing, is that speccy shows the temps being different, but I've read that is a false reading because it is an APU. It does go above the 75c limit on speccy when gaming or any cpu intensive task.

Any thoughts?
