Quick SSD question!

hey guys so i just installed my new SSD and i just now hooked up my old HDD, im wondering how can i format it and delete everything off it so its like a new drive, its currently has the old windows/games ect. thanks for the look!

edit: i watched a few vids and they said to right click and select "create simple volume" and when i do that for my drive its not there lol

Looking at the picture post.

The C: drive is the SSD drive of 240Gb correct ?

The D: drive is a 1Tb mechanical drive, if this is your old drive you are on about.

Since it has three partitions on it, if you wish to get rid of all the partitions so you have a single drive listing or partition.
hi light the primary partition of disk 1 then right click and delete the volume.

After you have done this click on the action tab at the top of the window and re scan all drives.

Right click again on disk 1 and format it. Basic drive.

To the left right click on where it says disk 1 and set the drive to online.
