Specs
CPU:
AMD FX-8120
3100 MHz (Stock)
Liquid cooling
~50°C under stress, 38°C idle
CPUz reports core voltage @ ~1.34 V
Motherboard: ASUSTeK M5A97 LE R2.0 (Socket 942)
Memory: 16.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 672MHz (11-11-11-28)
GPU: EVGA GTX 960
Not modified clock/memory
Idle temp 25°C, no more than 50°C under stress, usually closer to 40°C w/ aggressive fan curve through EVGA PrecisionX
PSU: Cooler Master CX600M
Age: ~1.5y
Storage:
1x2TB Seagate ST2000DM001-1CH164 (SATA) (OS/Main drive)
1x1TB Western Digital WD My Passport 0748 USB Device (USB (SATA)) (Media Storage)
Case: CMStorm Scout II
OS: Windows 10 v.1511
Monitor: (Not a monitor, but TV). It's a SEIKI, resolution 1920x1080 but because of overscanning issues, in the NVIDIA control panel I have turned off scaling and set the resolution to 1768x992. I've tried everything, I can't turn off overscanning on the TV and that resolution is the best fit for the TV.

So I recently realized that I only had one, stock fan in my system pulling air through my CPU liquid cooling heatsink and out the back. I went out and purchased a Corsair SP120 (Static Pressure) and 2 x Corsair AF120s (Airflow). I installed all three, plugged them into the 3 available chassis fan slots on my motherboard (All 3 fans are 3 pin) and turned it on. (Note that the cooling loop is using the CPU fan slot, and the 3 case fans are using the 3 chassis fan slots).

When I turned it on, the back fan, in chassis fan slot one turned on and started spinning, but pitifully, and the front two lit up, but only gave a tiny jerk and didn't spin. They also were giving incredibly erratic RPM readings in the BIOS. I switched the fans plugged into slots 2 & 3 and the same problem occurred.

Then, I unplugged one of the front fans and bam, on startup both of the other fans started spinning and actually pushing air. I have them turned up to max RPM in the BIOS but there is no way to increase the voltage to the fans afaik, I looked through every option.

So, is there any way to get all 3 fans to work? I have adequate airflow right now, but would really like to have positive pressure inside my case especially after buying 3 new fans. Is this a power issue, where my board just doesn't have enough power for all 3 fans and the cooling loop?

Thank you for your help

I checked, each fan runs fine when there are only two fans connected
