Will it go back to my windows 7 BIOS update or will the windows 10 one * it up when switching back?

Changing your OS does not change the motherboard BIOS.
It should not mess anything up.
I am saying that I am going to upgrade to windows 10 first and then upgrade a BIOS update for the new OS. Thinking that reverting back to windows 7 could be tricky since the mobo still has the windows 10 bios update. Unless It would revert that too
No, it won't revert the motherboard BIOS.
And no, having a newer BIOS should not have any detrimental effects.
