my cpu is running @4.5 ghz voltage 1.265 with 60-70 underload voltage and 40 degrees on idle is this a good voltage ? because some people i saw in the net running in lower voltages but i always see BSOD when i lower my voltage. please someone help me thank you guys

Solution
You may need that voltage to maintain stability. Have you tried reducing the voltage in small amounts to see if your OC stays stable? Your temps are fine so that voltage is OK.
Voltage is important, but temps I think are more so, 60 - 70 is a pretty decent temp, on my old 4970k, my voltage I got down to 1.24, stable, but I had to delid to get temps into the low 70s or so with spikes in the high 70s, that's under real bench and I'm on a custom water loop, course, I was at 4.6 too, but still, that extra 100mhz could easily have been the culprit for the 5 or so C hotter... Keep in mind, there's always some one faster cooler stronger bigger richer, whatever, if it gets the job done, it's a good deal.

i did lowered it to 1.260 but it's not stable while gaming. i only changed the voltage and cpu ratio i did not change anything except those two from the uefi

Well your original question has been answered.Voltage at 4.5GHz at 1.265v is OK.
You may be having an issue with stability at 4.6GHHz and need to raise the core voltage more. Keep monitoring temperatures.
Some systems are less stable with adaptive voltage.

What other issues are you having to request more answers?
