Gigabyte z97x Gaming 5 and 4790k...which bios?

Hi

I've been having overheating issues with my i7 4790k and I want to update my bios to see if it solves the issue. I'm just not sure which bios to update to.

Should I use the most recent bios? I have version f3 now. The CPU support list on gigabyte's site for 4790k says "since f5". Should I use F5 or the most recent, F7?

Anyways, like I said I have
Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming 5
Intel Core i7 4790k

Always install the latest bios. Newer bios are released because issues were found in previous bios versions, therefore, previous bios versions should ONLY be used if you have a oddball hardware component that doesn't want to play nice with a newer version. Use the most recent.
