Should I upgrade my CPU or my GPU?

Ok, so my setup is an AMD Athlon X4 860k, Geforce GTX 950, EVGA 650 Watt 80+ Gold, 8 GB of RAM, and thats all that really matters. So, I'm planning on upgrading soon, and I don't know whether or not to upgrade my CPU or my GPU first. I'm planning on getting an i5-4690k, and either a GTX 1070 (If I have enough) or an RX 480 8 GB that I will eventually do crossfire with. Can someone please give me some advice on which to upgrade first, looking to do some heavy gaming soon ( Battlefield 1, Rising Storm 2, Ghost Recon Wildlands, etc.). Thanks for the help!

I'd recommend upgrading the CPU and motherboard, then waiting and getting a new GPU probably next month if you can wait that long. AMD will have the RX 480 out at a great price, and even if you don't want it we will likely see price cuts from Nvidia GPUs to compete with AMD's low price point.
