How to get WIFI without Network Adapter on new PC

is there a way to get internet without having to buy an adapter. Such as downloading the driver from another computer and setting it up onto the new computer

I think you haven't understood how wifi works and what drivers are.
For wifi , well you need something to receive and send signals, without an adapter you can't.
Drivers are the programs that let your pc know how to use a device either connected to it directly or accessible via the local network.
In other words no you can't use wifi without an adapter.

If you dont have the hardware to receive and send wifi signals even if you have the driver to access the hardware (that you dont have), how do you want to have internet?

The only option i know is to connect a mobil phone by usb and use it like an access point, but i think that only works for mobil networks and not for wifi.
