Hi All
so I recently upgraded by systems mobo to the sabertooth 990fx r2.0 and ive been told by a lot of people to reinstall windows to ensure stability.
Right now, windows is working fine, i boot up my computer as normal with no change to how it booted up before the mobo upgrade.
However, after one or two cases of my computer freezing after the upgrade people are highly recomending that i reinstall windows.
Looking at my windows product ID im fairly certain that my windows is not an OEM version and is retail.
As far as im aware this should be fine and i should have no problems reinstalling, but wanted to run this by the community first.
What do you guys think, im i safe to reinstall?
