so bassically i5 6600k Is better and if your budget allows for it go for it. But if you would rather spend a little less money the i5 4690K is an AMAZING cpu i have it and its just brilliant. TL;DR i5 660k if you can afford it i5 4690k if you cant/dont want to

Hi,
Go for the z170 pc with the i5 6600k,I too was going to buy that.It is more future proof and has good oc capabilities if u intend to do so.That with a good gpu will give you many years of a strong rig.Your pc is one of the best budget gaming rigs out there.Go for the 6600k,you will be very happy with it.Both the processors are almost similarly priced(10 euros diff).Better to have a more recent processor right.Good luck.
As for the case of your gpu, wait and see its performance when the benchmarks are released. For resolutions like that always go for gpu with higher amount of vram(8 gb).

Damn, thanks in advance for spending your time writing to me. I believe I am now more inclined to buy the Skylake CPU, for the same reasons you told me, but at the beginning I was worried because the 4690K had a bit better overall performance. For the GPU I am of course going to wait to see the benchmarks and the comparisons, but I am for sure not going to buy a 1070. Here in Greece the ASUS Founder's Edition costs 524 Euros with the VAT and stuff.

Glad to help
No the 4690k is not better than than 6600k,did u see this from gpuboss?Cause I too checked there and got confused. But later got clarified in the forum only that the 6600k is better and gives much better gaming performance.

As for the case of the gpu if you dont want to waste time till a cheaper 1070 releases i suggest going with the sapphire r9 390 nitro ,it has 8 gb of vram,is better than the gtx 970 in most games and is future proof too because of the 8 gb of vram. You will be happy with the performance of this card as well as of the processor. Actually these were the same components i was gonna go for. r9 390 is around 250 euros in UK i dont know much it will be in Greece.Overall your rig would be pretty powerful and more future proof with all these components. The 6600k is the best overall processor u can get in the market now, almost everyone recommends it.If you want a much more cheaper graphics card which is exceptional for its price check out the amd rx480 when it releases,it has almost the same performance of r9 390 at a much much more affordable price, but plz wait till the benchmarks are released. You can also check out this:

Oh Gawd, I needed such clarification so much! You finally convinced me to go with the 6600K. Regarding the GPU, I am either gonna go with the 480 or the 390, for sure. FYI the Nitro 390 costs 337 Euros (shit i"m so unlucky...). I believe my rig is going to be a 1080P killer, huh? Thanks again for all the time you put in.
