My budget is £300 and some of the games I like to play are TF2, CS GO, Minecraft, skyrim and BF4. I'm fine with 1080p low settings or 720p high settings but it has to get at least 45 to 60 fps. This dose not need to include peripherals or OS.

the first build you mentioned, if I where to over clock the GPU would I need a higher wat psu.
