Hi, I want to setup to my home for better WiFi coverage but I'm facing a problem. My main's router settings are these

My AP's settings are these

With these settings my router and AP still can't work together and I don't have connection to the internet. Am I missing something or doing something wrong?

Thank you

sorry to interrupt here but why do routers have DHCP start and DHCP end parameters? For example, in this case, why can't the router just give out IP addresses in the range 192.168.1.0 to 192.168.1.254?
