Hi, I recently sold my used Microsoft Flight Simulator X Gold Edition on Amazon. Will I have to uninstall it on my computer for the buyer to be able to successfully use the registration codes? I installed FSX on my old laptop a phew years ago, and have it installed on my current computer. Thanks for replies in advance.

If you sold it, you no longer have the right to have it installed. So even if he is able to install and play the game, you are no longer legally allowed to.

If you were allowed to sell it is another question. Many PC games include a EULA which states that the licence may not be transferred. You should probably check that out and take appropriate action or risk losing your amazon reseller account if it comes to light later.

The purchase has not been made yet and I will look into the EULA. If it's ok to sell I will uninstall and purchase the steam edition. Thanks for the quick reply!
