My internet runs 150down and about 30up. I'm using netgear n450 docs is 3.0 as my router. I'm using my internet mostly wireless, about 9 device(phone, iPad, laptop and tv) only 2 is connected through wire by which runs fast as usual. I wonder what set up should i do on my router for a better wireless connection. Should I split my coax cable internet and connect another router or is there any settings that I can change to maximize my wireless internet speed. Any advice?

An N450 router is probably not a dual band. To maximize your WIFI you need to use dual band and move as many devices as possible to 5Ghz. There is just more bandwidth available at 5Ghz. An AC router is a dual band router. You generally won't use the AC capabilities but will use the N compatibility.

The other thing to do is connect as many devices wired as possible. TVs are great candidates for wired connectivity.

you usually cannot get a faster internet speed by changing settings, i would recommend buying a new router to see a change in wireless speeds. A router with AC wireless capabilities would be the best. i found 2 Netgear routers https://www.amazon.com/NETGEAR-C6300-Certified-Xfinity-Comcast/dp/B00J65WQHU?ie=UTF8&ascsubtag=155368515&m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&tag=price222-20 this one is $174, a little expensive but it should last at least 4-5 years. the next one is $217 https://www.amazon.com/NETGEAR-Nighthawk-Certified-Xfinity-Comcast/dp/B00ZUPOF7Y?ie=UTF8&ascsubtag=150983462&m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&tag=price222-20 i would get the more expensive one because you can get better speeds than the $174 router. its a $43 dollar difference you can choose
