Windows 7 Ssd not recognized

I have a 500gb ssd I'm my pc I've been running. I just switched towers and now it won't recognize the ssd.

Same everything but the tower. After it was all plugged it it kept sending me to the bios screen

so you migrated your internals to a new case and it's all the exact same stuff. What motherboard is it and did you plug the SATA cable back into the same port it was in in the old case? and there's power to the drive (I know duh, I hate being that guy).

Yes sir, all the same and there is enough power. Unplugged my current drive it's reading in case it was power not getting to it. I don't mind you being "that guy". If it helps me fix my pc

OK, so I would try
a different SATA power connector, a different SATA data cable, a different SATA port on the board. If I still could not get it to recognize, I'd try it in an USB enclosure or a different known working PC. If it still didn't work, I'd send it back for warranty or throw it out because it's broken.
