CPU- i5 6600k
PSU- Corsair CX650M
Motherboard- ASUS Z170-A
HDD- Seagate 1TB
SSD- Samsung 850 Evo 500GB
Memory- Kingston HyperX 2x4GB 2133Mhz DDR4
GPU- NVIDEA GTX 960 4GB
CPU Cooler- Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo

I have installed everything, everything SHOULD be plugged in the correct spots on the motherboard. I finally decide that it is time to see if it runs, and as I do, all the fans are working. But when I turn it on, the CPU Led lights up for a quick second, and then the DRAM Led lights up and does not go away. I have pressed the button, let it go through the cycle multiple times, and nothing has fixed it. The ram sticks are in all the way, have removed the battery on the motherboard two times. I do not know what is wrong at all. I have called ASUS and they gave me a RMA and said that they would fix whatever they have to fix if it is faulty. I am wondering if I should just return this motherboard and get a different, cheaper one. I also have DDR3 8GB Corsair Ram that I accidentally ordered that this motherboard does not use. Maybe a motherboard that uses DDR3?

I have done that already, I have done all the troubleshooting steps. I am now just thinking of either sending mobo back to asus as they have sent me an RMA already, or returning it.
