My motherboard: MB Gigiabyte Z77M-D3H LGA1155 DDR3 1600MHz SATA3
My CPU: i7-2600 Quad 3.4GHz LGA 1155
My new GPU: Gigabyte PCX GeForce GTX960 G1 GAMING 4GB GDDR5 Windforce 3x

So the question is if my motherboard is compatible with the new GPU and if so will i have any bottlenecking issue between theese 3 components. The other parts check out and should be compatible.

Your GPU is definitely compatible and your CPU shouldn't bottleneck it at all. If you haven't already bought it though, I would recommend waiting for the rx 480. It is supposed to be $200-250 US and be in between the r9 390x and 980 in terms of performance. It is said to come out June 29th, so If you can wait a bit for it to release and some more benchmarks of it to be shown it would be a great deal. Also your CPU will most likely not bottleneck it either.

Already got the 960. Couldn't wait since my old 7950 Sapphire got fried. Also the 960 is perfect for my budget, can be overclocked easily and i wanted an NVidia GPU for a long time.
