A PC Build for $400 CAD (~$325 USD)

Can anyone recommend me a PC build for that price? I'd like to play GTA V on 720p (as long as it runs medium) and also I'd like to run Cities Skylines (those are my main games that I would love to play). Yeah right now I am on a shitty 1.80ghz AMD A-40 6600 APU

EDIT: I found this build from late 2015, would it be outdated? Because from my seeing it looks like the best bang for my buck...

What parts can you move from your current PC to a new one?

You definitely don't want a dual core CPU for GTA or Skylines, they're both CPU heavy games, especially Skylines.

I'd like to stay within $10 of that $450 mark, is there anything else?

You could go $10-20 cheaper if you get 1 stick of 4GB RAM instead of 8GB. and then later on you can get another 4GB stick of RAM.

OK that is a pain.. Dryden? just guessing... place annoys me.

In the past I've bid on systems on EBAY that had decent PSU's and then just stuck my own cpu/mb in. I've also snagged Q9 series Core 2 quad cores from the dump... I donate those, but you get the idea. Hardware Canucks has a for sale section with many trusted members as well.

Try ebay. you can find 1st gen i7 for like $40 Cad now.
