i have to Q about mobo and gpu

1) gtx 950 2gb( 150$) vs gtx 960 2gb (210$) and it is worth extra 60$ for 960 or gtx 750ti 2gb for (121$) ? ?

2) gigabyte ga-970a-ds3 (60$) or ga-970a-ds3p extra (85$) or asus m5a97 (90$) which one is better and can handle this gpu + which one is the best price of all

my build

cpu fx 6300

gpu 960 or 950

mobo ds3 or ds3p or m5a97

ram ddr3 16gb 1866

psu : idk yet what i need for this build how much watts i need for this ?

btw i want it for gaming

i live in middle east i cant order from newegg or ebay and if i order from amazon they will take much taxes + shipping so i find this parts on a site have free shipping so i have to wait 2 month to get amd rx480 in this site and i dont want wait really and the amd rx480 will be at least 350$ in my country becuse high customs so will not be same for me i ask for this parts cuz its the best i found :D

RX480 is announced at 200€ in EU if you order it in europe, it will stick at this price, still this may differ depending on VAT of your country of course.

that is the problem my country have much vat + very high customs + it need at least 1 month after release to come to my country and it will be much higher than 200$ i was look for this parts and it will not cost me much i can buy new one after 5-6 months but i need pc now and i which u tell me which of this parts are better

I'm also from ME. And have same shitty story with taxes and delivery. Though I do shop on ebay, amazon and aliexpress without issue. Well taxes, shipping cost and shipping time are the only issues. For example a 450$ card on amazon, will cost additional 110-150$ in shipping and taxes. If i go to local store, it is 700$.
Where are you from ?
I still suggest that waiting even 2 month is better since you will have 2 times better performance for the same money.
And it's not a year, just a couple of months :)

idk i wait to much from 3 month ago im planing to buy it

i can buy another gpu after 2 month no problem but now i have to get this items btw i order them from aliexpress and they already need 1 month to come at least and i dont want buy from local stores :/

this build will cost me only 500$ or less so i can upgrade it in 5 month later but i want now a pc for my work + gaming

and about rx 480 u know it will not be same price and this will cost me more than this build

im intrested at this time in this build and after 5-6 month i can get new high build cuz my uncle will come from canada and he can get me a good build without taxes but i dont want wait all this time xD

I like your country. Visited at least 10times. I like to hike in dead see area where all those streams. And wadi rum :)
So, to your original question - For temporary build, I'd get the 950. With 960 you will get 1-5FPS more. So it's not really worth the 60$.

I don't like the AMD platform since you can't reuse them in a future builds. But if you want to sell them later, it's fine.
For this build, 450-500w of a good PSU is more than enough.
Basically you for a single card setup, 600-650w of a good quality PSU is enough.
