you may get it working but why would you need to? 1000w should run just about anything. a watercooler does not use that much power. can you be more specific of the pc specs and what exactly you are trying to do that you feel you need 2 power supplies?

Running two high-power liquid cooling loops may require 100W for the pump and a crapload of fans. If you are already within 100W of worrying about capacity on your 1000W PSU, then you should consider upgrading to a 1300-1500W PSU instead.
