So i currently have a rig which still working fine, i got it 2 years ago.
i have a I5 4590 3.30ghz
Nvidia GTX 750Ti 2GB
PSU: i don't know the model but i'm sure it's 400w
Motherboard: Asus B85M-G Motherboard

the problem is i don't know what do i have to change to upgrade my card whether it's AMD or Nvidia

depending on the psu model, you will probably need an upgrade for the 1070. should be ok for a 480 based on the specs released.

do need to know the psu model you have to be sure what it can and can't handle. more than likely needs to be upgraded for either card but can't be sure until know the model.

the rest of the pc is fine and won't have any issues with the card.

For both cards a 500w should be fine, provided that you don't overclock like hell the 1070. The 480 needs even less that 500w. The thing is that most psus that are 400w tend to be quite crappy. If that is true buy a new one either way.
