Graphics not working fine in windows 7 32 bit while installed on ho comoaq dc5100 sff desktop

I need help. I have installed windows 7 ultimate (32 bit) in my old desktop hp compaq dc5100 sff.
Audio driver suggestion was worked which i read on tomshardware. But graphics problem is not solved. videos are not running smoothly. If somebody knows which driver will do the job, Plz help.

The integrated graphics are so poor and the CPU so slow by modern standards that the computer is not capable of rendering modern codecs with any degree of smoothness without adding a low end GPU (like a GT 610 low end) to offload the decoding work to.

No, you need a Half height card with limited power draw that supports a x1 PCIE interface or a half height PCI interface. Your options for cards are limited.

I purchased MSI G4MX4400-T & Nvidia Quadro FX 3400 which were available.

MSI is looking as ok for my case.

Please suggest , whether it will do the job for me.
Also How to fit this card in my cpu.

THe MSI is an AGP interface card that has no modern drivers and Nvidia Quadro is a full height card.

Neither will work unless I'm wrong and you have links.
