A few days ago, I got a new Motherboard, and a few other parts. But the first thing I noticed when I turned it on is that the windows is now ungeniune. I did get the old computer from dell, so im sure its an OEM version of windows. Now when I look at my old computer, it has the windows key on it, but only the last 5 digits are visible and the rest of it is a barcode. What should I do? Should I contact Microsoft and see if they could help me? Thanks!

Solution
Contacting Microsoft is your ONLY recourse, except for simply buying a new OS.

An OEM license is tied to that original motherboard. You changed the board, hence 'not genuine'.
And they are under no obligation to allow reuse of that license key on new hardware. They may, or may not.

Search for and download Magic Jelly Bean Key finder Run it.
Post back here and I will tell you what to do next.
[strike]Post the Windows 7 key it finds[/strike].

Mod EDIT: No, don't post the full license key

Put the old board back in if you can, start up windows, see if it's genuine again, if it is, go to the Command Prompt, type in this command:
wmic path softwarelicensingservice get OA3xOriginalProductKey
After a few seconds, it should come up with something like this:
OA3xOriginalProductKey
xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx <-Product key here
Write it down on a piece of paper, put the new board back in, start up windows, and use the product key
You should also try this method before putting the old board in to see if it finds it either way, if not then put the old one in then the new one

If none of that works, like David said, use the Magic Jelly Bean Key finder and use it to find it
