I've been getting display driver crashes (TDR errors) since I upgraded to Windows 10.

PC Specs are as follows:
-Gigabyte GA-H87-D3H Motherboard
-Intel Core i5 4670
-MSI GeForce GTX 760 Gaming Edition OC 2GB
-Antec High Current Gamer 520W PSU
-12GB RAM (1x 4gb pair and 1x 8gb pair) Corsair XMS3

I've tried everything, I changed my PSU to a 750w... Clean installed Windows 7 and Windows 10 after I kept getting the error in Windows 7. I also used DDU to uninstall drivers and installed 362.00 drivers both clean installs of windows to no help.

I ran MSI Kombustor to stress test and had no crashes during a memory test but when I did core burner, it ran fine for however long I wanted UNTIL I exited the test, which caused my PC to either restart or my screen to go black and the lights in my PC to remain on.

The temps on both my CPU and GPU are standard and wouldn't cause any issues.

CMOS battery has been dead for some time if that is any help.

Another thing, I tried installing my dad's GPU (gtx 570) in my PC and it caused my PC to turn all the fans on, then all power to turn off and then repeated that a few times until an error screen showed up telling me my BIOS was corrupted (dualbios) and it was reverting to the other BIOS.

I then had no issues last night with my GPU and turned off my PC to sleep, until I turned on my PC this afternoon and received a display driver crash and black screen when deleting emails on gmail in chrome which has never happened before... Every time I reseat the GPU it seems to work for a while and then go back to having display driver crashes

UPDATE: I have narrowed it down to probably being the top PCI-E slot, which kind of sucks for me because the bottom one causes my GPU to overheat as it's where all the SATA cables and my PSU is... :/

Hello... Hey THX for the effort here... B )... Before a MB RMA... I do a 'Proper" CMOS clear... IF the battery is "Good" Step#2 on the LIST B D
Please remove your GPU, Slot cards, Drives... their Power/DATA connections to them... We will add them in a later Step. B /

After you do this the video will default to your CPU/IGT... are you able to connect to your MB with you Video cable and monitor? B /

Hello... Let's try a proper "battery removal" AND CMOS reset Clear to the MB ...ok? B /
Take your time here and be slow and careful to your MB... look in your MB manual/Pdf for pictures and location of the SW/pins. B )
1) un-plug PS from wall.
2) remove MB battery
3) place jumper pins/switch on MB to clear the capacitors... for ~3 mins...
Hello... The CMOS battery is a important front end MB Hardware item... it helps hold important "1" and "0" for your MB and installed hardware... Typically it will be the first thing I check and replace for any Bio's, CMOS or MB (flashing) errors... They are typical "watch or car remote" easy to get batteries at your local $tore 2 for $1... so pick one up to start "proper diagnostics" and repair. B )

You sure the cmos battery would be an issue if the other pci-E slot isn't giving me any errors?

Hello... it's the first thing (step) on my "professional" things to do here... and if I didn't my BOSS would ask if I did... B O take it a step at a time and WE can take further steps to help you... Please Don't do any hardware swapping or possible harm to any hardware here at this time. B /

Replaced the cmos battery and my PC is still losing time. Might have to claim the mobo on warranty anyway
