Well your machine is powerful enough to run whatever graphics card you like but with one caveat:

The psu is only 300W, so you'll need to change that (I've checked and the machine uses a standard motherboard that runs of an ATX power supply so no issue there).

I would recommend looking at this list for choosing a power supply:

Be sure to get a model of at least 500W (ideally 600) that falls into either the Tier 1 or Tier 2 category. A good supply is going to cost a bit though, there are lots of high wattage 'oem' power supplies but don't be tempted. Usually a '1000W OEM' supply offers less usable power than a 500W tier 1 unit. It's very much a case of 'you get what you pay for' with a PSU.

With that in mind, the real question then comes down to, what type of games do you want to run and at what settings / screen resolution? If you have a 60hz, 1080p screen for example, the upcoming RX 470 looks set to be a great deal (that card is due out at the end of this month). Alternatively existing cards like the R9 380 series, R9 390 series and GTX 960 and 970 cards are all worth a look.

If your thinking of higher resolution gaming, e.g. 1440p or 4k, then you'd need to be looking at cards such as the upcmoing RX 480, GTX 1070 or GTX 1080 cards. That's also the case if you want very high frame rates at 1080p (e.g. a 144hz monitor) which is a good option if you plan to play very faced paced online shooters.
