Comment on my Build

Forget about the GTX 970. Wait until the end of the month and get the RX 480 coming out for $200 US with close to GTX 980 level performance.
Also, no use in getting a SATA SSD in m.2 format. It will perform the same as s 2.5". Better keep that M.2 slot free for when NVMe drives become more affordable.
Thet PSU was overkill. If you are not going to put another graphics card in teh system and Crossfire, you should downgrade to an EVGA 550w-650w G2.
Most importantly, i switched your monitor to a version that supports FreeSync witch, together with the RX 480, will make for a FAR better gaming experience.

Admirable
You have a good graphics card and monitor, so you must be planning to play games at high graphics quality settings. If you were really serious about gaming, you would get a 1070.
You have spent a lot of money on the processor, cooler, motherboard combo so you must be intending to do some extremely CPU intensive video editing or streaming. If you just want to do gaming, you can save $300 on this part of your build.
SSD and RAM are fine
The case is expensive.
