Im looking to upgrade this PC so I can play next gen games on high/ultra quality.
Would these upgrades be enough? Also could I keep some parts to save money?

Snap,
my son has a very similar PC to yours, though his is overclocked to 4GHz
I am about to build a new one for him, with a i5 6600.
I intend to re-use his case, dvd drive, old HDD etc

Two things about your build.
1) probably worth replacing the old mediocre quality power supply with a new much more reliable seasonic 520W
2) Get a samsung evo 850 SSD for the windows installation

**** just noticed that your motherboard supports DDR3 not DDR4. This means that you can re-use the old memory!! (new, faster memory makes almost no difference)

Personally, I would start with rx480 and an SSD and see if I can squeeze another 6 months to a year from this system. Zen will come out in the end of the year, skylake prices may take a nosedive by that time, and rx480 should offer considerable boost even with the current system. Oh, and please consider jumping up to 240gb SSD. IMO, for the first one, the brand is less crucial than the fact it`s an SSD/capacity

Can you recommend a PSU that would be suitable? They all look the same to me... (im from the UK - ebuyer/amazon).

Cheers

*** Dont worry just realised you did :p

And, no that motherboard does not support DDR3, neither should you get one that does. Intel only recommends DDR4 fro Skylake. So the build you linked is just right.
