GPU driver keeps crashing

My computer periodically freezes every so often for like 30 seconds, then it goes to black screen for like a second, then goes back to normal with message coming up saying "display driver stopped responding and has recovered". I've tried 3 or 4 different GPU drivers and I'm still getting this problem

My Friend has something like this, his gpu went after a few months.

Although I think that was just his GPU.

Have you used a program to wipe all of your drivers? and install the newest ones via Catalyst control centre.
