help computer hangs a lot!

Hi my computer hangs a lot sometimes it freezes or show a blue screen your pc ran into a problem this happens when playing games or browsing internet my specs intel core i3(4th) 3.4ghz Amd r7 240 gpu 8gb ram and a low 250w psu any help will be good

250W should be enough for the PC, afterall the GPU has a TDP of only 30W. Check all the connections to the PC, make sure the power lead is fully inserted. then check all connections inside the PC too. Make sure the ATX connector is fully seated, same for CPU power, and fans leads. Remove as much dust as possible from the CPU cooler etc. Run the PC with the side panel removed and see it problems still occur. check all the fans are spinning ok. Hope this helps
