The AsRock Z97Extreme4 would be a nice option, it has support for SLI and M.2, great OC potential and stability is outstanding.

This is the board I'm using right now my review is the 4th one on the list.
It supports m.2 drives but for your average user unless your doing a lot of file transfers your going to get no real world performance increase and a regular SATA SSD is 1/2 the price per GB.
