msi r9 380 gaming 4g dual monitor usage

I installed an old monitor and I checked the msi afterburner and the gpu usage is in 70-90% and Im only web browsing. is this normal for a dual monitor setup?

core i3 6100
8gb ddr4
msi b150m
r9 380 gaming 4g
seasonic 620m12ii

Your question is like "will it rain tomorrow"... w/o information about what you did to get these values and the rest of the specs, nobody will be able to help you in solving your problem. ;)

right after. I open up my pc if the result was true and my gpu really heats a lot. then I removed the 2nd monitor and the usage is back on normal now. and pc is so clean.
