I asked yesterday about my psu "cougar sl 500"

and i decided to replace it

so , is it safe to use seasonic s12ii bronze 520w 80 plus for this pc :

MSI 750 Ti
H81
8GB Ram
i3 4160

will i put my pc in danger ? will it blow if the electricity gone off suddenly ?

absolutly not, Seasonic is one of the best brands today at PSU. good move upgrading to it.

I only buy Seasonic power supplies. In my opinion, they are the best made power supplies on the planet.

I now have 3 Seasonic power supplies in use. Not single failure yet.

It's an excellent PSU, but it is not Haswell ready. It's usually not an issue, and you can disable C6,C7 states in the UEFI if it is.

I have never had a Superflower unit. But have had lots of Seasonic units, and not a single failure.

I guess since I have also never seen a Superflower unit in any store or computer shop, that I just kept buying the best that I was seeing.
