Redo user login credentials

I am thinking of swapping out my old servers for cloud based. How would I go about swapping all the user profiles back to individual login credentials on individual machines?

Logon to the computers, create local accounts on them. Copy files from the network accounts to the local accounts. You can't just change a domain user to a local user.
