i3 6100 + gtx 950 or i5 6500 + gtx 750 ti? for world of warcraft

To answer your question, you'll get more fps from i3 6100 + GTX 950. If I were you, at this point, I would buy the cheapest H110 motherboard which supports DDR4 ram, a single 8 GB of DDR4 2133MHz memory stick and the i3 6100. After that I'd wait just a bit to see the launch of GTX 1050 and buy that, for the best budget orientated WOW pc. I'm sure it'll come out before Legion is released. All the best!

Its an alot more powerful card than the gtx 950 and is slightly better than gtx 960. As for the processors, go for whichever one you can afford.
(i3 6100+R9 380 is alot more powerful than i5 6500+gtx 950)
