Asus SABERTOOTH Z170 MARK 1 keeps booting to BIOS

Asus SABERTOOTH Z170 MARK 1 ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Intel Core i7-6700K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor

I just built this new system about a week ago, and it works fine other than the fact that on boot, it always seems to go straight to the BIOS. If I click "Save & Quit," the PC will restart and boot straight up to Windows with no issue. Is there any obvious reason this would be happening? This is my first build, and I'm relatively new to all of this, so if there's any additional information needed, feel free to ask. Thanks for any help.

Unfortunately, I can't get a photo at the moment, but I can tell you the boot order is as follows:
1) SSD
2) HDD
3) Disk drive

As for any errors, I have not encountered any that I know of.

The problem is that BIOS opens at start for a ton of different reasons from bad battery to differing performance so it's hard to pinpoint :/

Ah, I see. Is there anything I can do to try and narrow it down? I've done just random Googling to try making sense of it, and I've noticed most other cases have more of an issue actually getting into Windows itself. All I have to do is exit out of the BIOS and my PC resets and goes straight into my OS. I don't know if that helps at all.

In some cases reinstalling windows does help not always though. You can try downloading a program that checks pc specs that might reveal if it's hardware side although it might be the power supply or the CMOS battery. I do see problems like this on other forums too people usually fix it by replacing The CMOS battery.

Is it probable that the CMOS battery would be the issue on a brand new build? I mean, all of my parts are brand new, it seems weird that there would already be something wrong with them. In the mean time, I'll try re-arranging my USB setup and see if anything changes. Thank you for all of your help!

Sorry I was away for a time, and it shouldn't be a problem then. Did you maybe fix it by rearranging usb ports or just overall disconnecting keyboard, mouse... and then turning the pc on?
