Don't know much about PSU. Which one is better?

This is the list I found that I want to build. I don't much about pc parts so If someone could help me with the PSU that would be great.

I was cleaning out a garage and I found this PSU http://m.newegg.com/Product/index?itemnumber=N82E16817151087&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-PCPartPicker,%20LLC-_-na-_-na-_-na&AID=10446076&PID=3938566 brand new unopened. I want to know which PSU is better. Sea sonic or EVGA.

Also let me know if this build is okay for gaming.

New? Unopened? Keep the one that has already been paid for. SeaSonic is is a decent brand and that is a good PSU.

The EVGA P2 is an excellent PSU, The Seasonic is good, but given the price the EVGA is the best option but since you already have the Seasonic just keep it.

you do not need a platinum PSU. even bronze is okay. its a gaming rig come on. so here the 550 G Seasonic is a great tier 2 PSU and the semi-modular is good enough. also 550w is great.
when you buy the GTX 1070, you want to buy a non-founder's edition. those retail 380$.
also you want skylake because well, newer generation. why not.

also there is no need for a liquid cooling system. that AIO is LOUD compared to the whisper quiet Noctua NH D14. 42dBA vs 19 dBA. and it cools just as well and its cheaper. the case fits the 160mm tall cooler.

Seasonic is selling a lot of their design to the like of EVGA, XFX and Corsair. Don't buy any other Power supply and keep the one you have.
