After using ASUS Ai suite 3 (and getting an error), the CPU's frequency scales randomly instead of being fixed

So, after i finished building my new dekstop pc, i decided to try and use Asus AI Suite to change some settings, but after cliicking on the Fan icon i've got an error, and after that my CPU's frequency's been changing randomly (from staying at a fixed 4500 MHz)

Sounds like it re-enabled Intel speedstep and C-states. You can disable these in the UEFI if you choose. I'm not 100% sure if the settings are in the AI Suite software.
