Hi i build my own pc a few years ago with some friends but since i didn't even try to upgrade it. Id like some advice from people who knows what to upgrade sorry about my grammars english i'm french.

In what way does this pc not do what you need it to do?

I might guess that it is for gaming.
Your cpu is still quite good.

If so, the GTX 570 graphics card can be upgraded to something in the GTX970 category.

Upgrading to a ssd for your "C" drive will make everything quicker and is highly recommended.

personally i would recommend you upgrade the gpu to a gtx 970/r9 390 or better. and maybe a new psu if you current 1 is 5 years or older.
any more than that and you would be looking at a new build.

just for reference. next time you ask for help.
specs wise list the:
cpu, make and model
motherboard, make and model
ram, make and model
psu make and model
o.s make and version
storage, type, make and model
optional if relevant:
case make and model
cpu cooler
wifi make and model.
