hello guys i have an amd 6350.about 2 weeks ago i changed my cpu cooler with this one:http:// because of the noise.since then my cpu temprature is high and sometimes it turnes my pc off.
i already tried:
1.change thermal paste
2.check the cpu fan

Solution

The specifications listed for the cooler do not recommend going above 85W and they list the maximum TDP for a CPU with this cooler as 90W. The 6350 has a max TDP of 125W, which means that any cooler you attach to it has to be able to dissipate that much heat. Given that the behavior happened when you changed the cooler, the obvious first place to look is a cooler that simply can't keep up with the task at hand - it's not like it has a beefy heatsink attached.

the only way to have stoclc cooler less noisy would be to get a better cfm fan for it and hger rpm ,the other option post your case name and model so we could check for a aftermarket cooler that will work with this cpu and sell the other back .
