Very High SWAP and RAM

I'm using the Rainmeter widget that shows CPU, RAM, and SWAP. I booted up Revit 2017 and while my CPU is only at 5-10%, my RAM is at 58% and SWAP at 70%. I've never seen it this high, but I still feel like RAM and SWAP are high even when just on Minecraft or YouTube (about 30-40 and 40-50 respectively). Why so high? Is that a bad thing? What should I do to possibly lower it? I'm on Win 10 and have 16 GB of RAM and a 3.6GHz i7 processor and my PC was bought new Feb. 2015. Thanks a lot in advance!

Solution
You can limit size of page file, with 16GB of RAM you most likely don't need PF at all or can limit it to 1GB in case some program complains. Leaving it to Auto, windows would attempt to set it to 1.5 times installed RAM.

Alright, I set it lower and it seems to be working okay. Thanks!
