The build you listed isn't bad with the exception of the PSU, the CS series is not a good one, and it's underpowered would want a good 500 or better for that GPU. Also need a CPU cooler and would add a regular platter drive rather than have everything on the SSD

There is some problems with this build you are getting a K processor meaning its unlocked ready for overclocking hence its expensive price and you dont seem to be buying any after market cooler which would be impractical if you were planning on overclokcing. and i also agree with the guy above me wait for the rx 480 it will provide almost gtx 980 performance for half the price. if you want a good build i'd reccomend a skylake build such as this one

Power Supply - Seasonic S12II 80+ Bronze 620W (63$)

Motherboard - MSi H110M Gaming (70$)

CPU - Intel Core i5 6500 3.2Ghz Quad Core (197$)

Memory - 16GB (2x8GB) Of G.Skill RipJaws V 2133 DIMM DDR4 (60$

Graphics Card - RX 480 (200-229$)

This build would provide alot of power and would be future proof for about 3 years and you wouldnt need any after market coolers due to there being no overclocking involved and the case ssd etc are up to you

I hope this helped :)
