Hi I recently assembled a modern gaming PC. I thought it would be fun to also build a "retro" gaming PC for something to do. So basically I'm stuck on if I should make the OS Windows 2000 or Windows 98???? And which gpus/CPUs/motherboard and psus were the bestest of the best back in late 90s to early 00s Also I'm planning to use kernelex program to cheat on some programs
