hello, I recently built my first gaming pc. After i built it, i decided it might be fun to stream some games. I downloaded OBS and also downloaded csgo. I optimized my obs settings and began to stream. when I started to play csgo, it lagged, ALOT. when i play, everything will be perfect. then about every 15 seconds, my mouse become unresponsive and its followed by a huge lag spike. My pc should be able to handle this task without an issue. i have an amd FX 8350 and a gtx 960 ssc. Any help would be much appreciated. thanks!

Sure, no problem. When I started using OBS, I couldn't find anything that helped me, so I spent several hours glowering at my pc snd recording test video after test video with slightly different settings until I figured it out. I'm glad I could help you avoid that, at least partially.
Anyway, good luck with your stream.

My bet is internet speed. Run speedtest.net and post your results, but that sounds like the issue. Also, try lowering the quality of the stream a bit, it will tax your cpu and gpu more, but that should be no problem at all, and it will mean less data. Also, make sure no one else is using internet (browsing is fine, but anyone downloading massive amounts of data, or worse, uploading, will only add to the problem). If you're using wifi, try and boost your signal as much as possible.

Hope this helped.

P.S. don't worry if it takes me a while to reply, my house is currently without internet so I'm mooching off of a nearby shopping centre with my phone.

As far as photos go, normally the best way is to upload them to imgur and then link them.
Anyway, that doesn't seem particularli fast, so try uploading your stream in 720p if you aren't already, and also check formats because some are lighter than others. I'm afraid I don't know which is best, but a quick google search should clear that up.
