I was wondering if the Asus Radeon R7 360 2 gb is better than the integrated graphics in the i3 6100

Yes it does. Intel still have weak intergrated graphics(except broadwell series/iris). I have that vga in my rig and it does the job well. But, if you have some more bucks, i reccomend you to pick a basic gtx960 because it's perfromance(or pick r9 380 instead if you have good psu).
