i was thinking to buy GTX 950 OR instead after month Rx 480
but the thing is will both graphic card work on my pc without any problem
i only want to play high/ultra games without changing my cpu ...or plz suggest me the best gpu which will be best for for my i3

Solution
No probs, as long as a mobo has a PCI-e x16 slot it will support any graphics card irrespective of memory type. As for your mobo it has a PCI-e x16 slot, so it is supported.

Would need to know the PSU 12+ rail info before I could recommend a GPU. but PSU aside a 970 or amd 480 (both around 200US$)would do you fine. You will have some Problems with CPU intensive game running at 1080p but other that you should be fine in 1080p with 35-40fps.

I'll start with this; your I3 will bottleneck just about any GPU and give you bad performance on most AAA or good looking games. As for your GPU; I'd sit back awhile and wait for reviews on the 480. It's much better to spend 30% more for 60+% increase in performance instead of waiting and replacing your GPU with something beefier later. Also; can your MB support a 480 and can your case fit it?

TL;DR- Get the 480, look into investing on a better CPU.
